To obtain the proper physical and chemical properties of the material we are using heat treatment methods like normalizing, solution amealing, quenching & tempering, austenization, stabilizing, etc. through the use of 2 fully automated heat treatment lines, one having 6 furnaces with a capacity of 2.5T/lot and 3 quenching tanks of 35,000 liters, and the other having 2 furnaces with a capacity of 7T/lot and 2 quenching tanks of 120,000 liters.
